Beyond the R² Score: Building the Ecosystem Around the Model. My Data Science Journey, Part 2

This article reflects on my evolving approach to Data Science, moving beyond model performance to the broader ecosystem of governance, monitoring, evaluation, implementation and measurable outcomes. It explores my excitement and challenges in learning ML, Deep Learning and AI, while introducing CEI–MEAL as a framework I am developing to connect technical solutions with governance and real-world impact.
